You no the contest thats happening, the phat contest. Well type ::farm. This takes you to a place where there are 33 barbarian women. The reason its call farm is because your harvesting phats. Also if you have 86 mage you can use the ancients spell smoke barrage to kill all the barbarians at once. Just cast the spell on one and it attacks them all.
