first get high enought level to smith bronze throwing knives.then smith them untill you have about 24 smithing.
next smith iron throwing knives until about 38.then smith steel knives untill you can make an iron platebody.
smith iron plates untill you can smith mithril daggers.smith them until you can make steel platbodies.after that get a high enough level to smith mithril battleaxes.smith them until addy daggers.smith dagger until you have a high enough level to smith mithril plate bodies.keep smithing until addy throwing knives.after that smith rune battleaxes untill 99. then smith rune platebodies untill level 200 smithing.
